I need a specific tip for my notebook (Acer Aspire 5742Z) since the ones included on my charger (EW3966) don't fit well.
How I can request one?

The request for spare parts is on Nederlands language (changing to English don't work) so I have some problems to translate it.
I don't know what to fill in the following blanks:

Hallo,

Ik kocht onlangs een Ewent - oplader. Helaas past er geen enkele tip op mijn laptop (asus vivobook x202e TOUCH 19V - 1.75A.33W)
In dit forum is er reeds een link gepost waar je tips kan bestellen, helaas geeft deze link bij mij een foutmelding.

Kunnen jullie me verder helpen? Welke tip ik moet bestellen + via welke link?
