EM8615 doesn't connect to WiFi anymore

Hallo, I have purchased the EM8615 a while ago. It was not so easy to set up but in the end after someproblems I managed to get it running and connected to the WiFi.
In the mean time I did a WiFi reset and now the EM8615 does not connect to the WiFi anymore.
The light is always green and not blue and with the app I can't get a connection to the EM8615. It is always greyed out in the menu.
What is even stranger is the fact that I can see the device in my router list of connected devices.
So well, it seems to be connected, but the device does not reflect that in the app or in the light.

Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Michelle242,

You wrote "In the mean time I did a WiFi reset and now the EM8615 does not connect to the WiFi anymore." By WiFi reset you are referring to the WiFi of the EM8615 or your modem/router?

If you did a WiFi reset on your Modem/router, please make sure the WiFi SSID and password is the same as previously (if this is not the case you will have to reconfigure the WiFi of the EM8615 to match the new settings). If the WiFi SSID and password is still the same please power off the EM8615 with the power button (do not disconnect the power cord since the EM8615 is equiped with a backup battery) and switch the EM8615 back on.

If you resetted the WiFi settings of the EM8615 please make sure the current configuration of the EM8615 in the APP is deleted first before trying to configure the WiFi of the EM8615 again.

Okay, thank you a lot for your answer!
I'll explain what I did more detailed.
I had some other problems with my Wifi, so I had to restart my router. I have not the changed my Wifi password in the router. All other devices connect properly without changing anything.
But after the router reset, the EM8615 device was greyed out in the App and not reachable anymore.
Also the control light was green, not blue. So I did the following:
First I checked if the EM8615 was connected to the Wifi by checking the connected devices list in my router.
And it was connected as HF-LPB100. Then I switched the EM8615 off and on with a pen.
The light was still green and the device was still greyed out in the app.
Then I pressed the (wrench) button on the EM8615 for longer than 7 seconds and waited until I could hear the three beeps indicating a Wifi reset of the device.
I checked the router again and the HF-LPB100 device disappeared from the list.
Then I deleted the device in my app by swiping to the left and pressing delete.
After that while still being logged in to my account in the app I connected to the Wifi of the EM8615.
Now I pressed on add device.I called up the alarm id. Then from the list below connect I chose my Wifi. Soon there appeared my SSID from my Wifi. I typed in the password and pressed connect.
Then I got configuration successful. I typed in an alarm description and then the device appeared.
But it was still greyed out and the light on the device was still green and not blue.
Checking the router though, I can see that the device named HF-LPB100 is connected.
It just doesn't seem to be available.
I did this process more than ten times with also resetting my router a few times.

Sorry for my long text, but I felt I had to describe exactly what I did.

One additional thing:
By getting the ip address of the EM8615 device (HF-LPB100) in my router software I could even connect to the device with a web browser.
But typing in my account password doesn't give me access and I don't know which other user/password I should type in there.
So I guess this is only meant for service purposes.

Thank you for the detailed information.
Could you provide me the ID number of the EM8615? This way I can check in the server if it is connected to the server.

You can find the ID by long pressing the EM8615 in the APP.
