Dear Pantone,

There is no need to update by new Firmware via OTA or SD-card.
While the streamer is connected to the OTA server, it will automatically update the LibreELEC System settings add-on.
So it should work when you just power on your streamer, then wait for several seconds and then you can enter the LibreELEC menu and you should see the System menu again.
PLease let us know if this is still not working from your side.

Dear Pantone,

That is really strange, because the player already detected your SD-card otherwise it could not upgrade.
Do you see the mountable device popup note?
This should appear shortly after you connected. Then you should be able to browse directly to your files when entering the video or music section.

If it still does not work, please try another SD-card.
May i also know the capacity and the format of the SD-card?

Hello, Joyce!

When I connect USB drive, I see message about connected drive and drive appear after it.
When I connect SD card i dont see any message and no SD card appear in mounted drives.I

I tryed some SD cards with different capasities - 32, 8, 4 Gb from other manufactures, but no sucsess.
But I can update firmware from SD card with reset hole.

Dear Pantone,

Thank you for your feedback again.
In our opinion it is not an Kodi 17 issue while we have tested and encountered the same difficulties on Kodi 16.
It seems that some MicroSD cards will not function, despites the fact that they will work for Firmware upgrade.
It has nothing to do with the brand cause we noticed also that from the same brand some cards will work and others will not work.

So it is more likely the EM7580 which will not accept every kind of Micro SD card.

Hello, Joyce!

Thank you for feedback. SD card problem not a BIG bug for this device. Common functions work well.

Sorry for my English.
